Understanding Internal Lattice Technology & Spec Sheet

We believe that innovation should serve tradition, not replace it. Our use of DMLS manufacturing and internal lattice structures unlock an entirely new dimension of putter weighting and design possibilities, while preserving the timeless look and feel golfers expect. By engineering the internal lattice core, we are no longer limited to solid blocks of steel or perimeter weighting alone. Core size, lattice density, and internal geometry can be fine-tuned throughout different regions of the head. This allows us to precisely manipulate the center of gravity and moment of inertia without altering the external shape. What appears traditional on the outside carries sophisticated engineering within its shell. This is the modern capability applied without restraint. 

The lattice structure gives us control not only over balance, but also over feel. By manipulating internal cavities and adjusting face thickness throughout different areas behind the point of impact, we can refine acoustic response and contact feedback. Subtle changes to the internal density influence how vibration travels through the head at strike. The result is a more intentional sound profile and a more controlled sensation at impact. Rather than adding inserts or artificial dampening materials, we engineer feel directly into the structure itself. Performance is built from the inside out. 

This technology also allows us to create a full spectrum of performance profiles across our ten models. Because the internal lattice can be tailored in countless combinations, we are able to design putters that range from highly workable to highly stable. That range is reflected clearly in our spec sheet. 

Model

  • Each model uses a 4-character structure where the first letter identifies the head family and the first number denotes the design iteration. The final 2 digits represent the forgiveness score, illustrating the progression from high-performing designs to maximum forgiveness. 

Head Weight

  • Head weight defines the total mass of the putter head and directly influences stroke tempo and energy transfer. Heavier heads increase momentum and stability through impact, while lighter heads allow for greater feel and control. Our range is fine-tuned to balance consistency with player preferences.

Performance

  • Performance reflects a putter's ability to deliver precision, feedback, and workability based on simulation and real-world testing. Higher scores prioritize efficient energy transfer, face awareness, and responsiveness, allowing players to control speed and start line with greater intent. These designs typically feature lower MOI and more active balance profiles, factoring skilled players who rely on consistency and feel.

Forgiveness

  • Forgiveness measures how effectively the putter maintains ball speed and directional stability on off-center strikes. Higher scores are driven by increased MOI and optimized mass distribution, which reduce face rotation and preserve energy at impact. These models are designed to minimize variability in distance and start line, helping stabilize performance for players seeking added consistency. 

MOI (Moment of Inertia)

  • MOI dictates a putters resistance to rotational forces during impact. MOI is a key indicator of forgiveness, influencing how well the putter maintains face angle and ball speed on off-center strikes. Lower MOI increases feedback and workability with less rotational resistance, while higher MOI enhances stability and forgiveness with a greater resistance to twisting.

Balance

  • Balance describes how the putter head rotates when suspended, driven by the relationship between shaft axis and center of gravity. Face-balanced designs (0) resist rotation and favor a straight stroke, while toe hand introduces rotational bias for arcing strokes. Each model is tuned to match natural release patterns.

Stroke Arc

  • Stroke arc is determined by the alignment of the hosel axis and center of gravity, influencing how the face opens and closes through the stroke. Low stroke arc limits face rotation throughout the stroke, favoring a straighter motion and increased face stability. High stroke arc supports face rotation throughout the stroke, favoring a more pronounced motion and natural release through impact,

Offset

  • Offset measures the distance from the putter face top line to the forward-most point of the shaft. Positive offset positions the shaft axis ahead of the face, promoting a smooth and stable release at impact. Negative offset positions the shaft axis behind the face, encouraging face awareness and natural release through the stroke.

The internal lattice allows us to adjust these traits without compromise, creating distinct personalities across all ten models. Each putter exists intentionally along this spectrum. Model numbers are indicated by the design iteration (eg. B.1) followed by the forgiveness score (eg. 02, 49, 92, etc.) - higher model number, higher MOI and forgiveness. The manufacturing technology gives us freedom, while the spec sheet gives our customers clarity. Together, they ensure every golfer can find a model that fits their game.
