Every putter we build begins with intention and discipline. Our process starts in-house - not on a factory floor, but at a desk with pen and paper. Initial sketches focus on proportion, visual balance, and how the putter presents itself at address. From there, designs are refined through detailed modeling and simulation evaluation to ensure each head performs as beautiful as they look. We take our time working through renderings and prototypes, adjusting subtleties in shape and weighting until the putter feels right in your hands and eyes - nothing advances to production until it reflects both performance and confidence in character.
When a design is finalized, prototyping and production remains close to home. Each head and hosel is manufactured utilizing Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) through our specialized additive manufacturing partner located just over two hours away in Central Missouri. This small-batch process allows us to build every layer with remarkable precision while maintaining tight oversight on production. Every print requires nearly 24 hours to complete, reinforcing our commitment to patience over volume. We do not produce in excess, and we do not rush the process. American manufacturing is not just part of our story - we see it as our responsibility.
After printing, each head is CNC milled across the face to ensure consistency and true roll feedback. The putters are then finished with high-grade Cerekote, chosen for its durability and use across specialized printing applications. Laser branding and alignment detailing are applied with care, adding permanent marks that reflect our identity without overpowering the design. At every stage, components are inspected before moving forward. These steps are not shortcuts for scale, they are commitments to a standard.
When the heads return to our shop, the process becomes even more personal. Each putter is hand assembled, aligned, and tested before completion. Shafts are installed to spec, grips are fitted, and balance is verified one final time. I personally inspect, package, and seal every putter before it leaves our hands. The continuity - from sketch to shipment - defines our putters. Our process is measured, hands-on at every step, and rooted in the belief that confidence on the green begins before your first stroke.
